About us
Travel planning that starts with listening.
Cruises are our focus, along with resort, theme park and family vacations. We help turn a vague idea of a great trip into a real plan, without the hours of research.
Who we are
Our story
Misa Family Travel is a new travel company with a straightforward goal: to help serve all of your travel needs, with cruising as our passion.
Our advisor spent more than 20 years as an educator, and that background shapes how we work. It taught the importance of taking the time to understand people at a deeper level, so the trip we plan fits the traveler and not just the brochure.
We believe vacations are not "one size fits all." People have their own expectations and desires, and our job is to help you find the vacation that suits you and your needs.
How we work
What you can expect from us
We listen first
The best trips begin with understanding who is traveling and what they want from the time away.
We are honest about trade-offs
Every destination and resort has strengths and limits. We tell you both so there are fewer surprises.
We keep it simple
Clear options, clear next steps and clear communication from first request to return home.
We stay with you
Planning does not end at booking. We stay available as your trip approaches and while you are away.
Our focus
Cruising is our passion
We love cruising, and in particular seeing as many ports as possible. That enthusiasm is why cruises are the heart of what we plan, from a first sailing to a trip with the whole family.
Our advisor's listed cruise line specializations are Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and Carnival, and we are always happy to help you compare other options too.
- Norwegian Cruise Line
- Royal Caribbean
- Carnival
